This notice explains how the salfetch.app website handles personal information. SALFETCH builds and supports SALFETCH NI and is based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

What the website collects

The website collects personal information only when you send the trial request form: your name, your organization and your email address. With each request, the form also records when it was sent and the country and network address it was sent from.

The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

How it is used

Your request is delivered by email to SALFETCH and is used only to respond to it — for example, to arrange a presentation or a trial deployment. SALFETCH does not sell your information or use it for advertising.

How it is kept

Requests are kept in the SALFETCH mailbox for as long as needed to respond and to follow up with your organization. The website itself does not store requests; to prevent repeated submissions, it remembers the network address of a request for 30 seconds.

Service providers

The website is delivered through a content delivery network, and requests are sent through the SALFETCH email service. These providers process the information only to deliver the website and the requests.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent by writing to info@salfetch.app.

If this notice changes, the new version is published on this page with its date.
